Description

As Technical Sales Representative, you will be home based, travelling 70% of the time for customer visits based in and around London, you will sell analytical instrumentation (e.g. TOC Analysers) to pharmaceutical laboratories as well as cosmetic, medical device, food / beverage and water treatment facilities.

Core responsibilities as Technical Service Representative - Life Science - London

  • Direct selling of analytical instrumentation across London
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets with the goal of growing the business year to year
  • Demonstrate and present analytical instrumentation to new and existing customer
  • Organise sales appointments using the existing database or cold calling and prospecting
  • Understand and manage the sales funnel to meet short and long term sales objectives, including preparation of quotations and proposals
  • Provide company with accurate and timely forecasts and metrics for London territory
  • Organise and participate in London based customer seminars and exhibitions
  • Gain a real understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions that significantly improve workflow and financial performance

REQUIREMENTS
In order to apply you should meet all or most of the following criteria:

  • Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • A successful track record selling analytical instrumentation products, ideally into Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Working experience or knowledge of Instrument validation and cleaning validation
  • Outstanding communication interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on Quality and documentation management
  • Goal oriented self - starter
  • Possession of driving license


REMUNERATION
Package includes:

  • Basic salary from £30,000 up to £49,000, depending on experience, with a generous bonus
